Manager, Client Services in New York City

Short title

Manage relationships with iconic brands; increase account value; assure strategic excellence.
Salary: USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year.

As Account Manager in our growing US team, you own client partnerships for world-leading brands across FMCG, fashion, automotive, and more, steering influencer and social campaigns that deliver real results. You are the lead your clients trust every day and the person internally who keeps every workstream on track, backed by 100+ Pulse people around the world. The role is remote in the NYC area, with regular in-person client meetings and shoot support. If strong client relationships and a team that competes to win energise you, we want to hear from you.

Your tasks

• You act as the primary client contact and single point of accountability, running status calls and QBRs and aligning Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams on every delivery.
• You own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over or under-servicing early, and spotting opportunities to grow each relationship.
• You steer influencer campaigns with our delivery teams, from brief and creator strategy through negotiation, approvals, and go-live, making sure every campaign lands on time and on budget.
• You oversee brand social activity for your clients, from content and community management to events and in-person photo and video shoots.
• You translate campaign and paid social results into sharp insights and recommendations, presented in clear, client-ready formats that drive the next decision.

Your skills

• You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally agency side in social or media, with client relationships and campaigns you have owned yourself.
• You are fluent across all major social platforms, including paid social, and stay close enough to creator culture and trends to advise clients with confidence.
• You negotiate hard, communicate with confidence, and keep senior stakeholder relationships healthy, even in difficult conversations.
• You use AI every day to speed up research, drafting, reporting, and analysis, and you are excited to help shape how Pulse uses AI across client services.
• You thrive in a small, agile team, stay calm with ambiguity, and make confident decisions on your own.
