Forward Deployed Engineer_TT

ppWe're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments end-to-end at industrial, critical infrastructure, and defense sites. You'll connect core engineering with real-world implementation, taking technical pilots from first install through to production contracts. The work is hands-on across the whole stack: edge hardware, networking, drivers, AI models, and configuration, often on-premise and in demanding environments. You'll also be the customer's main technical contact, so you'll switch between debugging a camera integration and walking stakeholders through progress and next steps. It suits an engineer with real technical depth, strong people skills, and an ownership mindset who enjoys the pace of an early-stage startup. Its platform brings together cameras, sensors, video management systems, and robots into a single system that runs on edge hardware at customer sites. Customers include industrial operators, critical infrastructure providers, and defense organizations, where reliability and security really matter. The team is small and works in a zero-to-one environment, so each hire has a direct effect on the product and on how customers experience it. Converting pilots into long-term production deployments is a core priority, and this role sits right at the center of that effort.
