- YOUR MISSION
- Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
- Execute, monitor, and support payment runs
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts
- Handle supplier inquiries and manage reminder notices
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of finance and accounts payable processes
- Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to internal control requirements
- YOUR TALENT
- Completed training as an accountant
- Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome
- Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Independent work and structured way of working
- High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
