YOUR MISSION

.

  • Ownership of the sell in / sell through intelligence for selected accounts, adding value through analysis of key data and trends in the marketplace to identify opportunities and risks
  • Highlight key success areas and growth potential, reporting back to key relevant stakeholders on cluster and regional level
  • Create and standardize customer dashboards in Power BI
  • Assist in inventory management through providing regular opportunity reports and stock risk issues, suggesting remedial actions to customers.
  • Conduct benchmark analysis highlighting threats to Puma business for the selected accounts and seek out new product opportunities and current gaps in the marketplace.
  • Support in cross-functional projects like Forecast, Budget Tracking, Planning, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate defined projects for internal and external process optimization
  • Drive Sales Processes to enable visible and transparent management and increase sales effectiveness.
  • Drive development and implementation of regional sales tools, applications and data to ensure sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Support cluster’ implementation of regional sales tools, processes, applications and data to ensure sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Close collaboration and support to Customer Service for Order Book Management (OBM), integrated within the select accounts.

YOUR TALENT

.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analytics or Commercial planning
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and other reporting tools is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (English and German is a plus) and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with local and regional stakeholders in an international environment.
