YOUR MISSION

• Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
• Execute, monitor, and support payment runs.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Handle supplier inquiries and manage reminder notices.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations.
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of finance and accounts payable processes.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.

YOUR TALENT

• Completed training as an accountant.
• Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome.
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage.
• Very good MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
• Independent work and structured way of working.
• High commitment and flexibility, service‑oriented, reliable, team player.
