Your Mission:

• Refine seasonal GTM processes by identifying inefficiencies and supporting improvements
• Coordinate milestones and support operational processes between Global GTM, BUs, and markets using established frameworks for smooth seasonal deliverables
• Implement the KI approach, ensuring alignment with GTM and marketing objectives
• Act as the primary contact for operational queries from markets and BUs, providing guidance and resolving issues
• Deliver clear business packs and in-season updates, communicating deadlines and collecting content from BUs for scheduled releases
• Ensure operational systems are updated, and all seasonal articles, data, and images are accurate and ready for distribution

Your Talent:

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or related field
• Initial experience in merchandising and/or product management, preferably with global brands (internships or working student roles)
• Understanding of product-related processes in sport-lifestyle or fashion industries
• Business-oriented, structured, analytical, proactive, adaptable, responsible, and solution-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-team relationships
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with BI tools like Power BI
