Your responsibilities include:- Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences- Assisting in building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders- Preparing presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management- Conducting industry and competitor analyses; monitoring analyst reports and market sentiment- Contributing to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.YOUR TALENT- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline- Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory- At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company- Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus- High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation- Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skillsWe offerWe know it takes more than just a great job to give PUMA employees peace of mind.
