- YOUR MISSION
- Steering operational tasks within Western Europe region
- Supervising direct reports in Western Europe region
- Supporting personal growth of direct reports
- Analysis of accounts on a regular basis
- Supporting project management
- Maintenance of IFRS 16 related topics
- Rent contract management
- Identify room for improvements in our setup
- Preparation of monthly closings
- Preparation and collaboration of year-end closing according to IFRS, HGB and tax law
- Contact person for Western Europe region for auditors
- YOUR TALENT
- Completed training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), alternatively a bachelor's degree in finance
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Independent work and structured way of working
- High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
- Analytical skills, high affinity with numbers
- Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required.
