Your Mission
- Drive sales revenue, margin, and profitability across pure player key accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and sustainable growth
- Translate sell‑through, retail insights, and market trends into effective assortment strategies, inventory optimization, and in‑season actions
- Lead and execute seasonal Go‑To‑Market processes, ensuring high‑quality delivery across assortments, sell‑in, and distribution planning
- Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure aligned execution, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your Talent
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including a strong track record in managing pure player key accounts, ideally across multi‑country or multi‑door environments
- Solid commercial acumen with a strong understanding of P&L, revenue drivers, margin management, and budget ownership
- Proven experience in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) processes, including assortment planning, distribution, and sell‑in cycles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimize sell‑through, in‑season performance, and inventory health
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills, combined with an agile, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach
