Your Talent
- University degree in data science, analytics, statistics, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., DAX, SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Power BI), and modeling tools (e.g., Tabular).
- Strong data affinity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for providing data-driven insights to enhance consumer satisfaction and drive business performance.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture & Lakehouse.
- Experience in the sporting goods industry is a plus.
Your Mission
- Design, build, and deploy visual tools based on partner requirements to provide insights and support strategic discussions with stakeholders.
- Create and automate reporting and insights to inform business decisions, utilizing quantitative research, causal inference, and predictive models to optimize growth and performance.
- Communicate system and analytics changes clearly to the business, translating complex concepts into understandable language.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
- Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining data quality through audits and validation.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements for better business decisions.
- Collaborate with partners to understand requirements and support data-driven decision making.
- Develop data analytics strategies aligned with business goals to enhance performance.
