Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
Execute, monitor, and support payment runs
Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts
Handle supplier inquiries and manage reminder notices
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations
Contribute to the optimization and automation of finance and accounts payable processes
Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.
Completed training as an accountant
Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome.
Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
Very good MS Office knowledge
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Independent work and structured way of working
High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
