Your Talent
- Enrolled students, preferably in economics, business education, psychology or similar.
- First practical experience in learning & development / personnel development is beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Independent and structured way of working, flexibility and organizational skills.
- Open-minded team player with good networking and communication skills in both German and English.
- Start date: 01.02.2025; Duration: 3 months and 6 months, full-time.
Two interns will be hired for this position.
Your Mission
- Organization and coordination of all face-to-face trainings in our headquarters.
- Support with the organization and coordination of the International Leadership Development programs as well as the Global Agile Coach program.
- Support with the administration and further development of our digital learning offer.
- Active participation in the day-to-day business and projects of the Learning & Development team.
