Your Talent

  1. Enrolled students, preferably in economics, business education, psychology or similar.
  2. First practical experience in learning & development / personnel development is beneficial.
  3. Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  4. Independent and structured way of working, flexibility and organizational skills.
  5. Open-minded team player with good networking and communication skills in both German and English.
  6. Start date: 01.02.2025; Duration: 3 months and 6 months, full-time.

Two interns will be hired for this position.

Your Mission

  1. Organization and coordination of all face-to-face trainings in our headquarters.
  2. Support with the organization and coordination of the International Leadership Development programs as well as the Global Agile Coach program.
  3. Support with the administration and further development of our digital learning offer.
  4. Active participation in the day-to-day business and projects of the Learning & Development team.
