Your Talent

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Change management mindset
• Team player with a proactive attitude and pragmatic approach
• Strong business sense with quick process understanding
• This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your Mission

• Serve as the key interface between internal Global Logistics, IT BI development, and LSP regarding BI and ordering systems (Infor Nexus)
• Provide global support for logistics systems and technical operations
• Execute global logistics strategies, projects, and operational tasks
• Identify and implement process improvements with stakeholders
• Review and enhance current KPIs and their logic, including monthly KPI reviews with LSPs
• Test and monitor new functionalities and programs
• Align technical processes globally among LSPs
• Support LSPs through training and onboarding
• Manage special projects and provide monthly updates on progress
