Responsibilities
- Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area (warehouse as well as distribution related)
- Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers, commitment of regulating measures
- Definition, implementation and documentation of standardized logistical processes as well as analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes
- Inbound planning in alignment with Merchandising
- Execution of tender offer for logistics services
- Inventory management including interface monitoring and the analysis of reconciliation reports
- Cooperation with PUMA internal stakeholders and subsidiaries, as well as logistics service providers in international environment
- Preparation and analysis of the reporting
- Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation
- Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects
- Supporting the Retail logistics team on similar tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
- Good understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes
- Experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
