YOUR TALENT

• Confident team player with positive mindset, initiative-taking and entrepreneurial spirit, you inspire others and create a dynamic, constructive and creative work environment
• At least 6 years of international product management experience in the sports industry or associated product related function (Marketing, Merchandising, Sales)
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate, develop and mentor others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Very good knowledge and passion for football market, consumer trends and retail environment paired with strong analytical skills
• Strong technical Footwear (or performance product) knowledge and product knowhow
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar education
• This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for the global product offering for Football Footwear, you supervise, manage and drive a team of (Sr) Product Line Managers
• You drive consumer and business insights that help inform the product strategy to turn opportunities into business growth
• Together with your peers in design and development, you manage the entire product creation process, ensuring the business input is understood and delivered against with the right product in terms of qualitative execution, price and timing
• Drive the team of PLM towards excellence in all areas of responsibility and towards all milestones and deadlines; by doing so you create a striving environment based on mutual support and collaboration in which individuals can unfold their creativity
• Ensure product concepts are fully baked in with strong stories and brought to market in a powerful manner through collaborative work with closely associated functions such as other divisions within the BU Teamsport as well as Global Go To Market, Marketing, Sportsmarketing, PUMA Group Sourcing and other BUs
• Present product concepts in front of large internal and external audiences
• Work closely with the Sr Director PLM Footwear and Equipment to define the most impactful implementation of set strategic objectives, be a sparring partner to challenge the status quo and create new opportunities for success.
