The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded CEO & Business Partner to lead our Swiss market expansion, develop strategic relationships, and drive the growth of our solar energy business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and strategic planning in Switzerland
- Establish partnerships with industrial clients, property owners, real estate developers, and investors
- Develop solar PV projects for industrial, commercial, and residential properties
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements
- Build relationships with local business partners and industry stakeholders
- Oversee market expansion, commercial strategy, and business performance
- Explore rooftop leasing, energy service contracting (ESCO), and building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV)
- Support the company's long-term growth across Switzerland and Europe
Requirements
- Proven leadership and business development experience
- An established professional network in Switzerland
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and partnership-building skills
- Fluency in German or French, with professional working proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Swiss business practices and corporate compliance
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach
