Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time, unpaid Digital Marketing & Sales Intern role located in Geneva, with potential incentives and the opportunity for a full-time position. The intern will be responsible for assisting with digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, performing web analytics, supporting online marketing efforts, and engaging in effective communication with team members and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Create short-form and long-form content (LinkedIn posts, landing copy, case studies, email sequences).

• Build social graphics and quick visuals using Canva and Adobe tools.

• Assist with AI-powered advertising concepts and ad copy (ideation → simple assets).

• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead qualification workflows.

• Support outreach and sales enablement (templates, prospect lists, performance tracking).

• Monitor basic analytics (engagement, leads), report results, and suggest optimizations.

• Help update the company portfolio and maintain simple website content.

Skills & tools (must / nice-to-have):

Must have / quickly learnable:

• Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and basic sales workflows.

• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud basics (Photoshop/Illustrator/Express/Premiere basics).

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel ).

• Interest in AI advertising tools & generative prompts (willingness to learn).

• Strong written communication in English; French is a plus.

• Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.

• Previous content or sales experience for B2B / tech projects.
