Your Responsibilities
- You will perform component inspections as well as acceptance testing and approvals of assemblies and systems in the electrical pre-assembly department.
- You will create, maintain, and update quality and inspection plans, as well as quality-related documentation and inspection records.
- You will support production in addressing quality-related issues and implement appropriate measures.
- You will document and maintain test results in the CAQ and ERP systems.
- You will handle customer complaints, conduct root cause investigations and failure analyses, and communicate with suppliers.
- You participate in root cause analyses using common quality methods such as the 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams.
- You initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions and track their effectiveness.
- You plan and conduct internal quality training sessions and monitor test equipment.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrician, an electronics technician specializing in industrial engineering, or a mechatronics technician with a focus on electrical engineering, or you hold a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
- You have knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001.
- You are just as comfortable working reliably and independently as you are working as part of a team.
- You view occasional business trips as a welcome change of pace and a challenge.
