Your Responsibilities
- You provide day-to-day first- and second-line IT support, handling incoming requests reliably and with a solution-oriented approach
- You actively contribute to a range of IT projects, sharing your ideas and technical expertise
- You help ensure stable, uninterrupted IT operations and respond promptly to incidents
- You create and maintain IT documentation
- You support employee onboarding and offboarding
- You contribute to the management and lifecycle of IT hardware, software and licences
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or hold an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in IT support
- You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop and server technologies
- You have experience using ticketing systems and creating and maintaining IT documentation
- You work analytically, systematically and with a focus on solutions, and are known for your reliable approach
- You are happy to take responsibility and approach your work with commitment and care
- You enjoy working in a team, contribute proactively and value open communication with your colleagues
- You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
