Your Responsibilities
- You will conduct component inspections as well as acceptance testing and approvals of assemblies and systems.
- You will create, maintain, and update quality and inspection plans, as well as quality-related documentation and inspection records.
- You will support production with quality-related issues and document test results in the CAQ and ERP systems.
- You will handle customer complaints, conduct root cause and failure analyses, and communicate with suppliers throughout the process.
- You will participate in root cause analyses using methods such as the 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams, and you will initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- You will plan and conduct internal quality training sessions.
- You will monitor testing equipment and ensure its proper use.
- You will use 3-coordinate measuring technology, including the existing Inspire software.
Your Profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably as a mechatronics technician, plant maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, or a comparable program, as well as advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician.
- You have an advanced qualification in quality management, quality assurance, or a comparable field.
- You have a strong focus on quality.
- You have excellent skills in reading drawings of individual parts and assemblies.
- You have relevant professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
You work confidently, carefully, and precisely. - You are proficient in using measuring and testing tools; knowledge of coordinate measuring technology is desirable but not required.
- You are resilient, customer-oriented, and a team player.
- You are willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
