  • Your Responsibilities
  • You will conduct component inspections as well as acceptance testing and approvals of assemblies and systems.
  • You will create, maintain, and update quality and inspection plans, as well as quality‑related documentation and inspection records.
  • You will support production with quality‑related issues and document test results in the CAQ and ERP systems.
  • You will handle customer complaints, conduct root cause and failure analyses, and communicate with suppliers throughout the process.
  • You will participate in root cause analyses using methods such as the 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams, and you will initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • You will plan and conduct internal quality training sessions.
  • You will monitor testing equipment and ensure its proper use.
  • You will use 3‑coordinate measuring technology, including the existing Inspire software.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably as a mechatronics technician, plant maintenance technician, industrial mechanic, or a comparable program, as well as advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician.
  • You have an advanced qualification in quality management, quality assurance, or a comparable field.
  • You have a strong focus on quality.
  • You have excellent skills in reading drawings of individual parts and assemblies.
  • You have relevant professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering. You work confidently, carefully, and precisely.
  • You are proficient in using measuring and testing tools; knowledge of coordinate measuring technology is desirable but not required.
  • You are resilient, customer‑oriented, and a team player.
  • You are willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
