Responsibilities
- Preparation and provisioning of tools according to the instructions of the Tool Maintenance Coordinator and according to the system (BDE).
- Inspection and condition assessment of tools.
- Maintenance work according to guidelines.
- Proper preservation of tools before storage.
- Minor repairs, replacement of wear parts and spare parts.
- Arc welding and post-processing of defective areas.
- Support of the Tool Maintenance Specialist.
- Mechanical processing (milling, turning, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
- Technical basic training (toolmaker, polymechanic, etc.).
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of injection moulding tools.
- Precise and reliable work approach.
- Entrepreneurial and cross-process thinking and action, high technical understanding, ability to implement and be solution-oriented.
