A day in the life of a Senior Specialist Sales Operations ECommerce (m/f/x):

1. Manage the sell-in/order process for our off-price channel, including offer creation, coordinating sell-in appointments with partners, uploading orders into our SAP system, and reconciling the order book with partners and customer service.
2. Provide article master data to our partners.
3. Ensure fact-based decision-making by utilizing existing data and reporting, working closely with sales analysts and the controlling department.
4. Be responsible for divisional reporting such as delivery status and available-to-sell reports.
5. Improve and maintain an efficient replenishment process.
6. Oversee incoming EDI orders.

What we need from you:

1. 35 years of extensive experience in Sales Operations.
2. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills demonstrated through specific achievements.
3. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering a high degree of team spirit.
4. Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with certifications or specific achievements.
5. Initial knowledge of SAP FMS is a plus, detailing any specific experience or training.
6. Good command of written and spoken English & German.
