Strong understanding of global mobility compliance requirements, immigration processes and cross-border workforce considerations. Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong interest in leveraging technology and digital tools to improve service delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation. Fluent in German and English; French is considered an asset.
