Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector FS X-Sector Specialism Deals Management Level Senior Manager. A career within the Deals Financial Services team with a focus on Strategy & Operations will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas. In this context, we pursue and strengthen our capabilities with AI solutions, to provide our client the outstanding services in an efficient manner. Impact
Being a member of the Deals Financial Services team, focusing on utilizing AI tools to support the Deals and Transformation teams in delivering their services. Your primary focus will be on clients in the financial service industry, particularly large insurance companies, collaborating closely with our US network and colleagues. Assisting clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, necessitating experience in managing complex project structures across various regions. Contributing to our rapidly expanding deals practice, which is a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, leveraging AI-based tools effectively. Qualifications
Hold a Master's degree related to business administration or similar. Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally acquired in the industry or at consulting firms like Big4. Proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools in previous roles to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets. Experience in M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs in the financial services industry, particularly insurance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process. Project management expertise and ability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies. Required Skills
