Transfer Pricing Senior Associate and Manager within the Tax Service line, responsible for developing and executing transfer pricing strategies, documentation, and support during audits and procedures, working in an international context. Responsibilities
Participate in international transfer pricing projects, including development of transfer pricing strategies, preparation of transfer pricing documentation (benchmark studies, etc.) in cooperation with PwC employees from various countries. Support clients in the transformation of value chains – transfer pricing planning and implementation. Participate in client workshops for the assessment of transfer pricing risks and design and planning of transfer pricing systems. Provide direct support for international clients during tax audits, appeals, and mutual agreement procedures, and develop transfer pricing defense strategies. Engage in research activities, including writing articles for specialist journals and delivering internal and external presentations. Qualifications
Completed university, university of applied sciences or diploma degree in economics, law, or linguistics with a focus on English. Ideally imminent completion of the tax consultant examination procedure. Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) is an advantage but not required. Several years of professional experience in transfer pricing is desirable. Knowledge of national and international tax law. Interest in cross-border matters and business management issues. Expertise in handling complex client inquiries and a willingness to share knowledge. Excellent command of English; basic command of German is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and data analytics. Strong analytical thinking, initiative, good demeanor, communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit. Compensation
Annual gross salary of at least EUR53,200 for a Senior Associate and annual gross target salary (including variable components) of at least EUR78,600 for a Manager, on a full‑time basis. Salary may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience. Salary increases annually. EEO Statement
