As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cybersecurity issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the growth of our cybersecurity practice, focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma, and Industrial Products industries. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Identifying market gaps and creating value propositions to develop and grow the cyber business.
• Scaling efficiencies and exploring new ways of working across projects and environments.

Your Impact

• You will pursue and deliver large, complex opportunities to solve clients\‘ security challenges through Transformation programs, including Supply Chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services transformations globally. Advising clients on defining Target Operating Models for IT-OT convergence and building a strong team for continued growth.
• Creating an environment where people and technology thrive together to achieve more.
• Developing strategic client relationships that benefit our people and stakeholders.
• Facilitating long-term relationships that add value to the firm and clients.

Your Skill Set

• 10+ years\‘ experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Experience in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Building strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are beneficial.
