Role Responsibilities
- You will help sell, lead, and deliver high-impact projects engaging with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in the life sciences industry.
- You will develop new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure and expand projects. These projects include designing and implementing new technologies, quality systems, operating models, digital strategies, and ways of working across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions. They also involve driving business performance through cultural change, process improvements, automation, and advanced analytics including AI and machine learning.
- You will cover functions across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial, with a focus on quality management/assurance, regulatory affairs, product safety, and medical affairs. Collaboration with consulting teams in commercial and market access is also expected.
- You will work with international clients, gaining experience in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.
- You will collaborate with PwC\’s global network of life sciences experts, utilizing our market-leading propositions, methodologies, assets, and training materials.
- You will be part of a fast-growing team driven by respect, collegiality, and team spirit, emphasizing collective success.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in a science-related discipline with around 6 years of experience in life sciences.
- At least 3 years\‘ experience in the consulting industry.
- Proven ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in large transformation projects, developing propositions, and improving quality in regulated functions.
- Exposure to technological innovations like cloud, RWD, NLP, and their impact on business performance, simplification, and patient-centricity.
- Knowledge in GxP, data privacy, digital strategy, operating models, quality systems, process improvement, and digital technologies in regulated environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally.
