You will be using and building bridges to our fellow teams that work at the technological edge in big data analysis, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. /liliBe responsible for leading large-scale transformations with our clients and help with business development efforts to generate leads and opportunities /liliWork in a global environment with the largest FS companies (banks, asset manangers, insurances, crypto companies, etc.) /liliYou live life-long learning; therefore, we will strongly encourage you to deepen your industry knowledge with adequate certifications.br/ /li /ulh3Your Skill Set /h3ulliExcellent university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline. /lili6+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally complemented by experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients. /liliStrong understanding of the Financial Services industry, including products, services, operating models and key business processes across banking, capital markets, wealth management and asset management. /liliProven experience delivering projects or leading workstreams within strategic, operational or technology-enabled transformation programmes. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar topics, structure complex challenges and develop pragmatic, outcome-oriented solutions. /liliA self-starter with a high level of ownership, curiosity and learning agility, capable of independently driving topics from problem identification through to implementation. /liliStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments. /liliStrong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, with the ability and willingness to learn, experiment and apply innovative tools and approaches to solve business challenges and create tangible value for clients. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop clear analyses, recommendations and executive-level materials. /liliFluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage and additional languages, such as French, are welcome. /liliFlexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.br/ /li /ulpAny questions?
