- Support/undertake general legal research and consultations.
- Draft assessments on legal questions concerning audit oversight and financial market law.
- Draft correspondence with oversight authorities.
- Assess reporting obligation and prepare registration/reporting documentation towards Swiss and foreign authorities and supervisory organizations.
- Monitor internal registration processes.
- Support the team in general administrative tasks.
Your Skill Set
- Paralegal or degree in law (lic.iur / BLaw/ MLaw).
- Used to working in a very structured and precise manner, even under time pressure.
