We're part of a tech-forward, people-empowered network and help clients build, accelerate and sustain momentum across audit, assurance, tax, legal, workforce, deals and consulting.Senior Associate – IFRS Audit (Asset Management)Your ImpactLead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across IFRS/US GAAP/Lux GAAP, for a large private equity client, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.Coordinate international and shared service teams across Europe, the USA, APAC, and other regions, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment.Strengthen your stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.Build your leadership skills on and off the job through regular, constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach.Your Skill SetSolid expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards, including hands-on experience with large, listed multinational clients.3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex, cross-border audit engagements end-to-end in an international environment.At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
