Senior Project Manager Equity Incentive Programs (EIP)

In employee equity (Equity Incentive Plans, EIPs) for tech companies, we are the market leader in Germany. We advise Germany's largest startups on their incentive programs. Our founder Peter Möllmann is regarded as one of the leading voices on employee equity in Germany, and in this role you work directly with him.

Employee equity is an exciting advisory field because so many different disciplines come together in it: corporate law, tax law, employment law and valuation. And more and more top companies no longer want an off-the-shelf setup, but an individual employee equity structure that fits them. That calls for people who think across disciplines, enjoy commercial structuring and can organize complex projects cleanly.

We're not a big-firm machine. Here you take on project and delivery responsibility right away and work directly with the founders and people leads of our clients. And we equip you with modern, AI-supported tools so your time goes into judgment and organization, not busywork.

What you'll do

• As project lead, you steer the design and implementation of employee incentive plans for Germany's largest startups, from the underlying structure to complex valuation questions.
• You bring employment law, corporate law and tax law together into one solution, keeping the overview even across parallel workstreams.
• You work closely with our legal tech partner Gaia, which administers our clients' EIPs on its equity platform, and help shape how AI changes this advisory field.
• You work directly with our founder Peter Möllmann and build your own interdisciplinary team.

We are already the go-to address for EIPs among Germany's largest startups. With you, we want to build on that, with a dedicated team and with technology that rethinks this advisory field.

What you bring

• Strong interdisciplinary thinking and a high willingness to learn: you enjoy moving between different areas of law rather than specializing in a single silo.
• Strong organizational and project management skills: you keep the overview even in complex, multi-track projects.
• At least two to three years of professional experience, ideally more, preferably in an environment where several areas of law or practice come together.
• Whether you are a Diplomjurist, a Wirtschaftsjurist, come from a tax background or are a fully qualified lawyer, you are in the right place with us.
• Enjoyment of valuation topics and commercial understanding.

What the job is like

• You structure employee incentive plans for startups across all industries, including Germany's largest.
• You carry project responsibility for implementation, from the first alignment and the underlying structure through the contractual work to roll‑out.
• You coordinate the collaboration of the disciplines involved, particularly tax law and valuation, as well as the alignment with our legal tech partner Gaia, which administers the programs on its equity platform.
• You drive how we develop this advisory field further, technologically and with AI.

What we offer

• A salary of €80,000 to €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
