We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior Account Manager, Leisure Sales to strengthen our customer connections and drive growth in Berlin, Germany.

In this on‑site role, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing key customer relationships, ensuring Qatar Airways remains a trusted and preferred partner. You’ll develop and implement consistent strategies for both local and multinational clients, maximizing revenue, minimizing cost of sale, and driving long‑term value through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Build and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive loyalty and sustained growth.
  • Prepare account development plans to achieve short, medium, and long‑term mutual benefits.
  • Support the design and execution of sales strategies that unlock revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale, and encourage channel optimisation.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects within your area of responsibility.
  • Deliver timely market intelligence and insights from customers and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Represent QR at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarisation visits.
  • Maximise sales opportunity/opportunities through value‑added partners such as tourism bodies, hotels, alliances and codeshare partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to identify and act on market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in customer‑facing sales roles and a track record of profitable revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in Airline Key Account Management, Sales and Marketing.

You must be legally authorized to work in the European Union and be located in Berlin. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
