Are you a Mechanical Cost Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support a leading high-tech facilities provider based near Dresden. Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as a Mechanical Cost Manager.
What you’ll deliver:
- Manage the commercial administration of mechanical subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, forecasts, and change control processes to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Support subcontractor management, including payment applications, contract administration, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports, cost plans, and project documentation for key stakeholders.
Experience required:
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on mechanical, MEP, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of subcontractor management, cost control, change management, and commercial reporting.
- Willingness to work within Europe, including rotational travel where required.
- EU passport or right to work within the European Union.
