Aveva Pi Engineer – Frankfurt, Germany – Initial 18-Month Contract – Life Sciences
Looking for your next project? We’re looking for an Aveva Pi Engineer to join a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for an Aveva Pi Engineer to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.
What you’ll deliver:
- Support the system integration and testing of PI Historian tags into the site-wide Aveva PI Data Historian for the full facility.
- Generation of PI Tag Verification test protocols within Kneat.
- Configuration of tags in Aveva PI Historian.
- Executing PI Tag Verification testing within Kneat.
- Coordinate with various project workstreams including Automation, Computer System Validation (CSV), Commissioning Qualification Validation (CQV), Process Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and others as needed.
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences.
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience with Aveva Pi / OSI Pi systems.
- Technical proficiency on controls systems.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
