Responsibilities Comprehensive planning, direction, and supervision of all testing tasks through the formulation of detailed test plans and approaches. Design and development of test specifications and test data. Assessment and integration of test results, along with comprehensive reporting. nsuring appropriate testing activities by mastering various test types and levels. Improving testing processes and encouraging test automation. Assistance in establishing and enhancing test teams. Qualifications Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification. At least 6 years of experience as a Test Manager. Strong expertise in the banking and insurance industries. Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, along with experience in database technologies and configuration management. Strong familiarity with agile models such as SCRUM or Kanban. ISTQB Advanced-Level certification. Excellent German and English language skills.
