Management Consultant Test Automation Engineer
Develop and lead advanced test automation architectures for top-tier companies.
As a Management Consultant Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and leading test automation projects. With your extensive experience in software testing and project management, you will lead teams, develop automation solutions, and ensure successful implementation for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and development of test automation architectures.
- Technical leadership and management of test automation teams.
- Assume the role of Lead Test Automation Engineer.
- Conduct tool evaluations for test automation at the client site.
- Create tailored test automation strategies for client projects.
- Take on sub-project lead roles and project management tasks.
- Document and report test results to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, ideally with a focus on automated testing, and a relevant IT background.
- Proven experience in leading and managing test automation teams.
- Advanced experience with at least four test automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or others.
- Programming experience in languages like Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or similar.
- ISTQB Advanced-Level certifications.
- Strong focus on quality and customer orientation in your work.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility (high client interaction, preferably on-site).
