As a Senior Consultant Test Management , you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality, and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results.

These tasks await you with us:

• Manage the preparation, planning, and monitoring of tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
• Manage bug fixes and test releases, and set up reports on test progress.
• Create and implement training courses for test management tools and processes.
• Define overarching test strategies and create technical test cases.
• Actively develop lasting customer relationships.
• Serve as a mentor for colleagues with your expertise.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• In-depth knowledge of processes and methods, along with user knowledge in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• High customer and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
• Business fluent German skills (C1) and ISTQB certification are essential.
