Your Tasks

• As part of our IT Workplace team in Hilden (near Düsseldorf), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Microsoft M365 environment.
• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
• You will create reports on the performance and availability of IT services.
• In addition, you will be jointly responsible for the implementation and further development of the corporate strategy in the area of IT Workplace, e.g. the further introduction and integration of Microsoft M365 Copilot into the company.
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure that IT resources are used effectively and the needs of internal customers are met.
• You will also be involved in digitalization projects.

Specificgoals and KPI\’s that should be achieved in this position include the following:

• M365 environment: ensuring availability for all M365 services.
• M365 Copilot: Integration of M365 Copilot in at least 80% of relevant business processes within 12 months.
• M365 further development : Introduction or expansion of at least 5 new features within 12 months
• Customer satisfaction: Increase internal customer satisfaction by 15% based on regular surveys and analyses

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in IT Workplace Management, preferably with a focus on Microsoft M365 Services.
• You already have experience in general IT Collaboration Services (also outside of Microsoft).
• You have a global understanding of IT Workplace solutions, components and contexts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English and a basic knowledge of German.
• It would be an advantage if you have already achieved certifications in Microsoft M365 and IT Service Management.
