You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of integrated solutions through comprehensive testing and verification activities. /p pWorking closely with development, operations, and engineering teams, you will help deliver high-quality systems while promoting best practices in test management and automation. /p h3Missions /h3 ul liDesign and execute integration, system, and end-to-end tests covering interactions between software, hardware, and external interfaces. /li liDevelop, maintain, and improve automated test suites for both functional and non-functional requirements. /li liValidate performance, resilience, reliability, failover capabilities, and overall system behaviour. /li liInvestigate defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution. /li liDefine and implement test strategies, verification plans, and risk-based testing approaches. /li liEnsure adequate test coverage, requirements traceability, and mitigation of potential quality risks. /li liCoordinate testing activities and communicate progress, results, and risks to stakeholders. /li liContribute to the adoption of testing best practices, methodologies, and quality standards. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation frameworks, and overall testing maturity. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in system integration, verification validation, and testing within complex environments. /li liStrong expertise in test automation (Squish, JMeter or equivalent) and scripting/development using Python, Java, or similar technologies. /li liSolid background in defining test strategies, verification plans, and risk-based testing approaches. /li liGood understanding of system integration, APIs, networking, and distributed architectures. /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience in safety-critical systems is highly appreciated; ATM domain knowledge and familiarity with standards such as ISO 15288, ED-153, ED-109, or DO-178C are strong assets. /li liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. /li liComfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments. /li liExcellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach. /li liFluent in English and French; German is an advantage. /li /ul h3Position details /h3 pLocation: Geneva /p pContract type: Permanent /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
