In a few words
We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Product Owner to join our team and accompany one of our customers in Bern.
Your mission
Strategic Product Leadership:
- Drive ICT product development with a product-centric mindset.
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
Customer & Stakeholder Focus:
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Analyze and translate customer/user needs into product requirements.
Agile Product Delivery:
- Maximize value through Scrum methodology.
- Support Scrum teams and coordinate product releases.
- Define and implement product features, including A/B testing.
Governance & Optimization:
- Ensure governance and compliance through audits.
- Manage economic efficiency, including Salesforce license utilization.
- Create business cases.

- Starting date: ASAP
- 2 days per week home office
