Interact with external outsourcing providers.Voice Infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, etc.).Other relevant skills/experience:Strong working knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.Support transition of business requirements.Review, interpret and respond to detailed specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.Operation of the above environment and ensure high availability.Accountability for delivery of project work according to the overall standards and concepts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
