In a few words
We are looking for Generative Ai Engineer . The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on robust architectures, performance, and integration into enterprise systems.
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies)
- Implement orchestration patterns for complex workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool integration, APIs)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and observability of AI solutions in production
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, data systems, and business workflows
- Contribute to the industrialization of AI development (reusable components, frameworks, best practices)
- Collaborate closely with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases
- Proven experience building production-grade Generative AI applications
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Prompt Flow)
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and observable systems
- Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of agent design patterns
- Exposure to financial service
- Banking sector environment.
- Swiss residency is mandatory.
