Managing Director – QLM Search – Delivering global executive talent solutions
Our client, a leading International Food Group, is recruiting a Commercial Director. Reporting to the European President, you will be responsible for leading the creation and roll out of a transformational commercial agenda across the DACH region.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the commercial organisation, with full responsibility for P&L and delivering sales goals in line with expectation;
- Actively create new partnerships with customers across multiple channels;
- Strategic development & support of growth opportunities with Group Key Accounts;
- Developing a high performing sales organisation.
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, inspirational commercial leader with experience of leading a major Food manufacturing business or division. You will have shaped and implemented commercial strategy and developed exceptional customer relationships to deliver strategic objectives.
