QLM Search is partnering with a leading international consumer goods business to recruit a Trade Marketing Manager – DACH.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive trade marketing excellence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, partnering with key foodservice, hospitality and retail customers to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial performance.
The Role Reporting to the Regional Commercial Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing programmes across the DACH region. Working closely with sales, marketing and customer teams, you will deliver initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, accelerate growth and increase brand presence in market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across the DACH region.
Partner with key customers to identify opportunities that drive category growth and brand visibility.
Lead the planning and implementation of customer activations, promotions, events and industry exhibitions.
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to deliver effective customer and channel plans.
Analyse programme effectiveness and provide recommendations to maximise return on investment.
Share best practices and support the rollout of successful initiatives across markets.
Candidate Profile
5+ years' experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management or a related commercial function.
Experience working within FMCG, consumer goods, foodservice or hospitality sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build long‑term partnerships.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Fluent English required; German would be highly advantageous.
