We are seeking a high-energy professional to provide hands-on technical leadership for the development and implementation of AEM-based Enterprise Content Management platforms. This includes designing, defining, and developing content type models, components, workflows, templates, and user permissions.

You will:
- Design and integrate responsive, multitenant, multilingual solutions on AEM 6.5 and Java 11, including integrations with internal marketing products and endpoints such as Salesforce, OneTrust, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, and others.
- Work with the Managed Services team to manage infrastructure, including servers, traffic managers, dispatchers, and web development workflow software.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Teams or vendors to ensure sound practices regarding site architecture, performance, reliability, and content delivery.
- Follow best practices for secure web programming and deployment, adhering to internal coding standards, unit testing, automation, and continuous integration.
- Develop features such as multisite and multichannel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, syndication, multilingual support, and automated workflows.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and proper use of design patterns.
- Participate in project planning, analyze development requirements, and provide work estimates.
- Troubleshoot webpage performance and mobile web optimization issues.
- Assess existing source code and adapt it to meet current requirements.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience with Adobe AEM 6.4 and strong Java/J2EE development skills.
- Experience in frontend web design and AEM integration.
- Strong experience with OSGi, Apache Sling, Blueprints, Apache Felix, templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., in AEM 6.4 and/or 6.5.
- Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise Java frameworks like Spring.
- Experience with SPA architecture.
- Proficiency with tools like Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ideally with experience working with globally dispersed teams.
