- Deep German accounting domain expertise, gained by working at or closely with a German accounting-tech company
- Concrete examples of products taken from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled
- Outcome-oriented product thinking and comfort making hard trade-offs
- AI-native workflow using AI for research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing
- German fluency
- Strong English required for cross-functional work across Qonto's European teams
