Team Lead Social Media
Your mission, should you choose to accept it
As Lead Social Media, you are the conductor of our editorial ecosystem. Your role: to transform the communication strategy into a creative, fluid and coherent mechanism that makes QoQa shine every day.
Steer the editorial strategy daily
- You ensure the editorial coordination of QoQa's social networks by transforming the strategy defined by the Lead Communication into a clear, coherent and effective plan. - You manage the editorial calendar and ensure a balance between commercial highlights, brand campaigns, news and spontaneous communications. - You arbitrate communication requests to guarantee the quality, relevance and feasibility of the content produced.
Bring our creativity to life
- You animate the editorial committee and encourage the emergence of new ideas, formats and creative approaches. - You challenge the content proposed by the team to continually evolve our way of telling QoQa's story. - You contribute to fostering a demanding, curious and truly bold editorial culture.
Coordinate our campaigns
- You build the media plans for our campaigns in collaboration with the Communications, Marketing, Creative and Translation teams. - You ensure the smooth running of campaigns, from preparation to publication. - You contribute to continuously improving our working methods, tools and editorial processes.
Support and grow the team
- You supervise, motivate and support our team of Social Media Managers in their development. - You organise the distribution of projects and ensure a balanced workload. - You encourage collaboration, sharing of best practices and skills development for everyone.

Your experience - Your education
- You hold a university degree, HES or equivalent training. - You have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in content, social media, media or digital communication. - You have already coordinated a team or managed editorial projects involving multiple stakeholders. - You are proficient in English. And if you have very good knowledge of German (spoken and written), that’s a real bonus!
