This senior role will focus on developing and expanding strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations — delivering complex enterprise‑scale SaaS solutions that enable digital transformation across R&D and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Own and grow enterprise-level relationships across DACH, focusing on Top‑20 pharma and high-growth biotech. Lead multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes from opportunity creation through to close. Manage complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS and data‑management contracts. Collaborate closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment with client needs. Represent the company at key European life‑science and digital‑innovation events. Ideal Profile 7+ years’ experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into global pharma or biotech. Track record of closing multi-million-dollar contracts (software, informatics, or digital-lab systems). Deep understanding of data, automation, and digital transformation in life-sciences R&D. Strong network within the DACH pharma ecosystem and fluency in German and English. Strategic, self‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, globally distributed organisation.
