Are you ready to take ownership of financial operations for a key European entity in a fast-paced tech-driven environment

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our regional finance team and lead the accounting for our German entity ensuring precision compliance and strategic insight across all financial activities.

This is a hybrid role based in either Germany or the Czech Republic offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate across borders.

As a Senior Accountant you’ll be at the heart of our financial ecosystem ensuring our German operations run smoothly meet statutory obligations and contribute to the integrity of our global reporting. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to scale remain compliant and make informed decisions across the business.

What You’ll Own

• Full responsibility for accounting and reporting for our German entity
• Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in Germany
• Preparation and submission of month‑end quarterly and year‑end reports aligned with consolidation team requirements
• Coordination of statutory audits tax filings and GST ensuring full compliance with German regulations
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and transparency
• Continuous improvement of processes controls and reporting standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant ideally in a SaaS IT or Tech environment
• Deep knowledge of German statutory requirements including tax and audit processes
• Strong command of IFRS and German GAAP
• Fluency in German and English both are essential
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion or similar)
• A proactive mindset analytical thinking and a passion for precision
